General Provisions
Acceptance & Application
By accessing the baji3 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Age Restriction
You must confirm your actual age when creating an account. baji3 may request an identity document or other proof of age at any time. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings may be voided.
Scope of Services
baji3 is an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as a variety of casino games including slots, live casino, and fishing games. The availability of any game or service on the platform may be changed at baji3's sole discretion.
Account Registration & Management
One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is confirmed to be operating more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information will be considered a violation of these terms. baji3 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from the account.
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Avoid typing your login credentials in front of others.
- Change your password regularly.
- Report any suspicious activity to the support team immediately.
Right to Close Accounts
baji3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Evidence of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
- Providing false information about age.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- Legal reasons or regulatory directives.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
baji3 currently accepts the following mobile banking methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
- Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
- Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet.
Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used.
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawal Process & Timeline
After verifying a withdrawal request, baji3 typically transfers funds within 10–45 minutes. Users must use the same payment method that was used for their most recent deposit when making a withdrawal. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
Fraud Prevention
In cases of suspicious transactions, misuse of the payment system, or money laundering, baji3 may place a hold on transactions and keep the relevant account under investigation. Additional documents may be requested in such cases.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
baji3 offers up to a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳18,000.
Wagering requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies once per account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Winnings earned through a bonus may be cancelled if wagering is not completed within the specified timeframe.
- baji3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If misuse of the bonus system is suspected, baji3 may verify the account.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Betting Limits & Quotas
baji3 sets betting limits for each market. Placing bets beyond the set limits is not possible. Limits may vary depending on market conditions and the type of event. It is the user's responsibility to check the limits before confirming each bet.
Cancelled Bets & Result Disputes
baji3 reserves the right to cancel bets due to technical errors, connection issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the account. In any dispute regarding a result, baji3's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the baji3 platform:
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to access or operate another user's account.
- Exploiting the bonus system through coordinated or colluding betting.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Technical Issues
If a game or bet is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical problem, baji3 will endeavour to provide the fairest possible resolution. A decision will be made after reviewing the game records and logs. In such cases, baji3's decision is final.
